These wings are perfect for game day or just for a weeknight dinner. Serve alongside your favorite sides or enjoy just on their own.
Ingredients:3 to 4 lbs (1.5 to 2 kg) chicken wings
1/3 cup (75 mL) honey
1/4 cup (50 mL) soy sauce
3 tablespoons (45 mL) lemon juice
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon (15 mL) minced fresh ginger
1/2 teaspoon (2 mL) salt
1/4 teaspoon (1 mL) pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line large shallow baking pan with Culinary Parchment.
In a large bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, salt and pepper. Cut wings tips off chicken wings and save for stockpot. Cut wings into two pieces and place in bowl. Stir to coat well.
Pour into lined pan, arranging wings in a single layer. Bake 45 to 60 minutes or until chicken is cooked and nicely glazed. Stir often during cooking to glaze pieces evenly.
Enjoy! For easy clean-up, simply dispose of the bag in your compost bin.
