PaperChef parchment gives chefs of all levels the confidence and the ability to effortlessly create a beautiful and delicious meal that everyone can enjoy. Whether you are a professional chef who spends hours in the kitchen or a novice who still forgets to set the timer when placing a dish in the oven, PaperChef enhances the cooking experience while simplifying the clean-up process.

  • 8oz. fresh jumbo shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • ½ tsp sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 ½ tbsp fresh flat leaf parsley (chopped)
  • 4 slices lemon (⅛” thick)

Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).

Place the shrimp into a PaperChef Culinary Parchment Bag. To the bag, add the salt, pepper, paprika, garlic, lemon slices, and parsley (reserve ½ tablespoon for garnishing). Fold the PaperChef bag at least twice to ensure that all ingredients are sealed. Shake the bag for 15 seconds so the shrimp is evenly coated with the seasoning.

Place the bag on the sheet pan and bake for 13-15 minutes until the shrimp is tender. Remove from the oven. Carefully open the PaperChef bag, plate, and finish with reserved parsley.

Enjoy! For easy clean-up, simply dispose of the bag in your compost bin.
